Eureka!
I've been thinking about buying a virtual pose reference book with a CD/DVD then I found Posemaniacs on Danny Gregory's site. The 30 second poses are a great way to start the day. I look forward to exploring the possibilities. There's a widget on the site that I'll add here as soon as I figure out how.

Welcome to the EDM group Barbara! Sorry I haven't stopped by earlier but now I'm playing catch-up with all the EDM posts. I love your work here - the watercolors are wonderful. Wish I could help you with the Posemaniac widget - hopefully someone else will know :)
