Do You See What I See?

It all depends on your point of view. There is nothing like seeing or hearing things from another vantage point. It broadens our horizons. Here's to civil discourse and an enlightening exchange of ideas and if not to agreement then at least to understanding!

I bought these flowers and put them in a simple glass vase. When I looked at it it just didn't work with the rustic feel of the  flowers, so I put the whole thing in a brown bag and tied it with string – much better from my point of view!

  1. I agree. They look quite elegant and at home in the brown paper bag! Lovely work.

  3. Great for the painting, but hard to water them in a paper bag. Paper bags are rare things these days, I got this bind-it-all machine, and the instructions say to use a brown paper bag for the first cuts, until the paper comes out clean (due to oil from the factory)... anyway, I don't have any brown paper bags, I'll have to buy some lunch bags and use them I suppose.
Love the flowers and your pages are always delightful.

  4. What a delightful and creative solution! I'll have to remember this next time I buy flowers...they should coordinate well with the vase!
