A Tiffany Blue Monday

Our Monday sketch group met at the Chicago Cultural Center. The Classical Mondays Concert Series is held in there in the Preston Bradley Hall. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, beautiful music, the magnificent recently-restored Tiffany dome and mosaics in the hall and sketching.

    I keep looking at these drawings...especially the top one. So much to learn from what you've done here. I love how you let the image fade into lines and lines fade into borders. It's striking.
