It seems I bounce around a lot as far as drawing style goes. I just pick up a pencil or pen and start, what happens happens. I must be in my adolescent stage of sketching and someday the real me will emerge. I hope so.
These are Fitflops, a great gift from my sister. The construction is based on the walking style of Maasai tribe in Africa. Wearing them exercises your legs and feet. Will they help me attain the Maasai lean and graceful carriage? LOL Talk about hope! Well, they certainly are comfortable.
Love these flipflops, and your drawing! You have a beautiful style, sober and classy, with pure lines, rich colors and zen composition - love it!
ReplyDeleteNice job on those--they do look comfortable too.
ReplyDeleteI want to say exactly what Kazumiwannabe said 'cause she said it sOo well.
ReplyDeleteCool shoes! Love your drawing too! I need some shoes like that! :)

Great drawing! I enjoy all of your art works here - whatever the 'style', they all are distinctly you :)
ReplyDeleteJoin the style mavericks! I like Degas' quote about that - will have to look it up - but something about life would be so boring.... Your drawing is lovely and describes the shoes so well. (I could use some of those too!)
ReplyDeleteThis drawing is very accomplished. Good work.
ReplyDeleteGreat sketch. You have a wonderful style.
