More Footnotes
Yes, that's me. It looks much worse than it is. Two lessons were learned. The first one for me – don't run on hardwood floors in your socks. The second one for my granddaughters who were within shouting distance at the time – a few new words. This happened on the 12th and I can't get over how much better it is today!

Your family seems to have caught a bad bug: leg-break-itus. I hope that I don't get it. Sounds bad.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed your sketches.
Bad series for the family... It looks very blue... Hope it gets better soon! Cool sketches of feet and braces (hope that's the right word?)
ReplyDeleteHoly moly! Live and learn, I guess. Still all those casts and splints make for interesting drawings. I'm glad I found your blog.
ReplyDeleteI am catching up on blogs today... and I so hope by now things are much, much better...Another excellent capture of foot trauma...are you needing to eventually wear the boot too? Nice coloration of the bruising...I had the same color palette with my hand...Lol :)
ReplyDeleteBe Well! :)
This is painful to look at. I was in several casts and a wheelchair last year and I hate even thinking about it. But it certainly provides some inspiration.
ReplyDeleteat least you were doing fun stuff! i just stood up and took as step -- then pow, down on my tush. Hope you're both doing better. love your blog!
